About Us

“You mean to tell me I can create and launch a blog or web site in 10 minutes or less?”

Joe from

Yes, it’s true.

And I can show you how in less time than it takes me to finish a beer and a slice of pizza. (And I love beer and pizza.)

Welcome! My name is James Wright, and I’m the publisher of Here’s a quick bio in case you’re wondering who I am:

I’ve been a full-time internet entrepreneur since building my first web site back in 1996. In addition to having created the first interactive web video player and hosting system back in 2005 (, I’ve been known to wear quite a few different hats as a:

  • Web site developer & webmaster
  • Ecommerce store owner
  • Performance-based affiliate marketer
  • Online advertising & web site copywriter
  • Web video editor / producer
  • Guest speaker at internet marketing conferences
  • Email newsletter author & publisher
  • Amazon Kindle ebook publisher
  • Online product and software developer
  • Mobile marketing manager

While I could write a book or two about what I’ve learned during these past 18 years (hmmm… that’s not a bad idea), I have one especially useful piece of advice I’d like to share with you…

If you’re just venturing into the web publishing space for the first time, remember to “KISS” — keep it simple, silly (some would say “stupid” instead of “silly,” but that just seems hostile).

Don’t try to make your web site or blog perfect — just get it live. The biggest piece of garbage ever created and actually launched online makes more money and gets more readers (users, visitors, etc.) than the most wonderful site or product that was almost ready for the world but never released. Perfectionism is just fear disguised as a virtue.

You can create a blog in minutes. While it may take a few hours, days or weeks before you’re completely satisfied with the way it looks and functions, the secret is to just put it out there, and then continue to improve it over time.

To get started, there are only three basic things you need to do:

  1. Choose your blogging platform
  2. Choose your web host
  3. Make some basic customizations

Really, it’s that simple. Just do what I show you, and your web site will be up and running before I have a chance to grab another beer. And if you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help you.

One more thing before you go…
